2. Data we process. (a) The email address you voluntarily register to receive launch notifications; (b) anonymous usage metrics (visits and clicks, without identifying you). We do not request or process sensitive data at this stage of the service.

3. Purposes. Notifying you about the launch, honoring the locked-in launch price, and measuring interest in the service. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

4. Your rights. You may access, update, rectify and delete your data, and revoke your authorization, at any time and free of charge, by writing to the channels in section 1. We will respond within the terms of Law 1581 of 2012.

5. Storage and security. Data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Vercel) with restricted access. We keep your email while the purpose exists or until you request deletion.

6. Authority.You may file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) once the process before Kanaha has been exhausted.
