Terms of Service

1. Who we are.ColombiaTaxCheck is a digital service operated by KANAHA S.A.S. (Colombian tax ID / NIT 901.158.981), domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia ("Kanaha"). Contact: WhatsApp +57 318 165 4420 · hola@rentainversionista.com (Kanaha's corporate channel).

2. Nature of the service. ColombiaTaxCheck provides automated, informational reports and tools about Colombian tax residency and filing obligations. The service does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, does not create a professional-client relationship, and does not replace the review of a licensed professional or the official determinations of Colombian authorities (DIAN).

3. Best-efforts obligation. Kanaha assumes an obligation of means, not of result. Reports are generated from the information you provide and general rules in force at the time of preparation; errors, omissions or subsequent regulatory changes may exist.

4. Use at your own risk. Decisions you make based on the service are your sole responsibility. Always validate conclusions with a qualified professional before filing or paying taxes in any jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of liability.To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, Kanaha is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunities. Kanaha's total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid in the three (3) months preceding the event, and to zero (USD 0 / COP 0) for free services. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Prices and payments. Prices are published in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Launch conditions (locked-in prices) are honored for emails registered on the launch list.

7. Intellectual property. The site, its content and generated reports belong to Kanaha or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your report.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.
